2026 AEN Field Officer Conference
Payment Options – As we are using Trybooking, you can pay by credit card, PayPal or Invoice. To pay by invoice, When you reach “Your Cart” at the end of the registration process, you will need to enter the word “INVOICE” under “Gift Certificate/Promotional Code”. This will reduce the ticket price to $0.00 thus triggering AEN to issue an invoice.

Due to the popular demand in previous years, only 2-day tickets will be sold initially. Please approach me if you are seeking a one day ticket only. This event is limited to 70 people only.
AEN NSW ACT MEMBER: $540 per person.
NON MEMBER: $650 per person.
No further discounts can be provided. This includes conference registration, Conference Dinner, Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea on both days. The popular sit-down dinner at Panthers on Day 1 will be held again in 2026.
$115 per person.
Limited tickets are available if a person wants to attend the dinner only.

How to book accommodation:
The hotel will require a credit card as a method of guarantee. Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel and the bookings will have a 48hr cancellation policy. Rates are valid until 5th July 2026. Public rates will apply after this date.
